EV Charger Install Hub ("we," "us," "our") operates evchargerinstallhub.com, a referral and lead-generation service that connects consumers with licensed electricians for EV charger installation. We do not perform electrical work directly.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect:

First and last name
Email address
Phone number
City or ZIP code
Installation type preference
Any information you voluntarily include in the message field

If you apply to become an electrician partner via our partner application form, we additionally collect:

Business name
Electrical contractor license number (used solely for license verification)
States served and approximate installation experience

We may also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type, referring URL) through Google Analytics 4. This data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

Match you with licensed electricians in your area
Share your contact information with installer partners who will contact you about your request
Send you follow-up communications about your request, including by email (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Improve our website and service quality

4. Information Sharing

By submitting a quote request, you consent to your contact information being shared with licensed electricians and lead-referral networks ("installer partners") so they can contact you with a quote. We operate on a pay-per-lead basis, which means these partners may pay us for the referral. Depending on your state's privacy laws (such as the California CCPA), this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not otherwise sell your data, and you can opt out as described in "Your Rights" below. We also rely on trusted service providers — including our form processor (Web3Forms), email provider (MailerLite), and, where enabled, a consent-verification provider (ActiveProspect TrustedForm) that documents your consent at the time of submission — to receive, store, and follow up on your request on our behalf.

When you submit a quote request and check the consent box, you agree that we and our installer partners may contact you about your project at the phone number and email you provide — including by automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, and text messages. Message and data rates may apply, and you can withdraw consent or opt out at any time as described in "Your Rights" below.

5. Data Retention

We keep your quote inquiry for as long as needed to provide the service and for ordinary business and record-keeping purposes. Your information may also be retained by the installer partners we share it with and by our service providers (such as Web3Forms and MailerLite) under their own retention practices, which we do not control. We do not currently operate a fixed automatic deletion schedule, but we will delete your personal data from the systems we control on request — see "Your Rights" below.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@evchargerinstallhub.com. You may also opt out of the sharing of your information with installer partners by contacting us before submitting a request.

7. Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
